Why league cant make proper patches. ITS FK MAKING ME CRAZY CANT PLAY THE GAME ANYMORE!

I keep fk stuttering EVERY FK TIME. for 6 seconds its horrible, then it goed to normal again for 20 seconds then for like 6 seconds it goes stuttering again or frame skipping idk. I did everything, everything to solve this issue, LITTERLY nothing helps. NOTHING. IT REALLY GOT ME NOW. AFTER FK 2 MONTHS I STILL DONT KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. PLS help me play this game again. Im hopeless, i swear im so frustrated.
