if you're looking to buy a mid laner, i would pick leblanc. rumble doesn't do so well mid lane but he's a decent top.

im probably bias because i mained leblanc for a long time so i'd pick her, but basically leblanc is all single target burst whereas rumble actually has a lot of use in teamfights with his ult and stuff. he can be a bit of a lane bully too but not as much as lb if you play her right.

Depends on what role you prefer and playstyle.

Rumble is the yordle top lane master (poppy is the queen). He is tanky, has some decent cc, escape is ok, and can be pretty useful in a teamfight.

Leblanc, the queen of deception and death. This lovely lady is a pain in mid. Think you got her in your clutches, poof, wrong and now you're dead. She has a good escape when their team isn't focused on her completely. Her damage output is very high, and she can make an assassin cry when they try to fight her. She is very bursty and has a nice gap closer to make sure she can keep hammering the pain on them.

I never played them, but i'eve fought and played alongside them. As well as seeing them in action from some good NA players.

Rumble Pros: Manaless So much damage. SO MUCH. And it's mostly AoE Great lane phase The ult can shred enemies

Cons: You have to face people to flamespitter. That means if you have to run from them because you're about to die, you lose a lot of damage If you aren't heated, you're a joke Long range CC like Syndra can really make you annoyed as you can get kited. You work best as an AP off-tank Late game you put out a lot of damage still, though not as much because of all the MR people build, BUT you aren't as tanky as that Malphite, Mundo, etc so beware that frontline. Real pain to farm on if you aren't used to it

Leblanc Pros: High mobility Hard CC Great lane harass

Cons: You fall off hard. You better get ahead like most assassins. If you get hit by point click CC (Ryze Taric )after you dash on someone you'll cry.

Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc Leblanc In my opinion, rumble is a nice champ, but leblanc is way more fun to play, espescially if you plan on playing her for a long period of time. Rumble isn't that easy mechanicly, since his ult is really hard to land perfectly and his q is kinda strange first times you play him and pretty tough to do dmg while not getting too close to the ennemy. This is a champ that deserves to be played, but (for me atleast) it gets somewhat boring except for the tele's with your ult and stuff, but still.

Leblanc though, has so much possibilities with her ulti that you can explore and try, she has atleast 2 efficient ways to be played by maxing w or q first and alot of cool combos with your ult, since you can either "q,r(q),and either w or e to proc the mark","w,r(w)" for maximum aoe dmg or far distance, "e,r(e)"to have someone snared hella long, etc. Not talking about the fact that your w is extremely funny and nice for escapes with the possibility of coming back to the starting of your dash, so much outplay/outsmart potential. Same for her passive that is really strong when you manipulate the clone well, it can save your life and mind**** the ennemy.

Finally, I see that you're on a pretty low level, and think leblanc is a better champ for a beginning player, since playing mid lane gets you to have a better map awarness, and you're closer to drag, plus lb is a mobile and dmg champ so you can roam alot espescially bot and stuff like that.
