Riot you did great agin with the runes reforged! but would you look into my request?

I think that the new runes reforged is a superb update and I'm all for it for the most part.. but I would like to see some overall nerfs on the infinite scaling champs, they scale indefinitely so the new runes and a huge change to there overall play.. the ones that need it the most in my opinion.. please let me know what your opinions are in the description, id like to hear what the community thinks of my suggestion!
