Issues with the new /remake command

A few minutes ago I queued up for a ranked game. My League client crashed, which isn't in my control. By the time I reconnected, three minutes had passed. I typed something in /all chat so everyone knew that I was back. I even out traded my level 3 lane opponent as a level 1 riven due to tower shots. I could easily bring my lane back, but bottom lane wasn't doing very well. Because technically I was a dc in the game, and she wasn't doing very well, Caitlyn decided to create a /remake vote even though I had reconnected to the game. I was back in the game and everything could've gone fine, but since she wasn't doing so well, our Caitlyn stabbed me in the back, giving me a loss, minus 20 LP, and 5 leaverbuster bans for a client crash which I had recovered from. I know Riot doesn't lift bans for any reason, but that's not what I want. I can handle the leaverbuster timers, I just want the system to be improved. I included a link to the game via replay.gg as proof that I reconnected to the game.

lmfao the comments in this thread. Really, people? The client is garbage and crashes frequently for tons of people, and will black screen on occasion when you try to reconnect. It can easily take a couple minutes to get back into game.

Maybe don't dc for 3 min? You didn't get stabbed in the back, you know the rules.

I should apologize for saying that the bot lane wasn't going well. I just saw the replay myself, and it looked fine. Still, this seems like a better reason to play the game out instead of my team giving me a loss for the sake of the 2 or 3 creep waves I may have missed.

I don't see any reason your team should take the loss for you.
