How do I hard carry?

It seems like almost every game, my bot lane gets smashed and their is nothing that I can seem to do against it. Even if I am ahead of my laner and doing well in farm, I just can't seem to carry hard. I just got done playing a game where bot lane didn't do well at all and I was playing top. I tried to split for some portion of the game, but my team couldn't seem to think and react to what I was doing. I even told them to push when they send the WHOLE team top, but they didn't want to listen. I usually play Yasuo and my winrate on him is really good, but unfortunately he gets banned often so what would you guys recommend?

I have this happen a lot to me as a top laner, and there really isnt any way you can avoid your bot lane feeding if they do. The best thing to do (if ahead) is to take your tower as soon as possible and move to push in the mid tower. Ask for jg help taking tower if you need it. Usually this will draw the enemy bot lane up to mid to help defend, and give your adc and supp some time to farm and catch up. The pressure you make on the map can easily counter an enemy adc being ahead. ZZ'Rot is a GREAT item, especially if you need both armor and mr, and works wonders in the mid game to help keep your enemies occupied. Never just keep pushing your lane if you have taken your tower unless its the only available objective you have at the moment. If your adc is still having trouble with the enemy bot laners, send them top to catch the farm that will be piling up, as the first thing top laners tend to do when they have their tower destroyed is to push it back, and hard. Remember, even if you are extremely ahead, it had become incredibly hard to SOLO carry games, i know i played that way all of season 4, 5, and 6. It is best to split the gold and kills between your team instead of you just taking them all, because even if a player is bad at the game, the items they have (or dont have) can still make them incredibly strong or weak.

The point is to not be super tunneled on pushing top really hard, instead, look around the map and see what objective would be easiest to take, and then go there. Also look at who on your team is doing poorly, and offer them handouts to help them along past their behind laning phase.

stick to 2 champions a role, its how i got out of bronze last season from never touching lol. Also stick to 2 roles only (hard with autofill) Bronze is all about accelerating your team forward. One of the easiest things to do is pick mechanically easy champions like Cait for bot lane and champions that win lane. Pretty much you win lane you stand a greater chance of winning the game.

I am an ADC main so soon as the bot tower and drag are secure, I go top or mid and take that turret, then the other. Bronze people just want to fight so if you can out trade them then just farm. It takes time to get out of bronze because some games their is nothing you can do, like when a lane feeds 8+ kills in less than 10 min.
