Minimum owned champ count to be eligible for ARAM?

As someone with a lot of RL responsibility, I don't have a lot of time to play longer game modes and am usually limited to a quick and dirty ARAM. As such I've seen a growing trend in the "Randomness" of the all RANDOM character selections. I'm not sure if it's paranoia or something real, but it seems to me that there is a weighted amount of "random" games that constantly have the same high value ARAM champs. To me, it seems like people who don't like the idea of a truly random game have gone through all the trouble of creating accounts for the express purpose of equipping it with only high value ARAM champs(ie Lux, Morg, EZ, Kat, etc - see the autobans for the Poro King event.)

To combat this, I would propose that moving forward, an account should have a minimum amount of bought champs, perhaps 25 to ensure that All RANDOM, All Mid games remain random, and not a random selection of champs that would be excessively overpowered for that game mode. Or to compensate, accounts less than 25 get a free random pick from the entire pool of champs, owned or not, or even remove the owned champ limitation for ARAM completely!

Has anyone else seen this or am I alone here?

Or we could just have all champions be available for everyone for ARAM.

As a player who owns more than 50 champions, I feel that ARAM unfairly provides players with fewer champions with an advantage over me. I also feel that the idea behind ARAM is to allow people to practice with champions they don't normally use. If ARAM randomly generated a champion for each player from ALL existing champions, this would expand upon that.

Completely agreed. A player's ARAM pool should not be restricted to the champs they own and the free rotation, as this only encourages people to create "ARAM-only" accounts. Instead, ARAM should be the game's "experimental" mode where ALL champions are available to ALL players.

if they are going to put a limit on a number of champions owned to get into aram, I think it should be percent based, like you can only play aram if you own 25% of the champions in the game, or just make it so that you are given a random champion from the entire pool, and possibly make it so that the more often you get a certain champion, the less likely they become available to you.

That's what I meant in that last statement - remove the owned champ limitation for ARAM completely.

There had been many many requests on this, ever since ARAM came to be, but Riot has yet to respond to any.
