Will Ryze be getting more help in 6.5?

6.4 didn't help him at all. The 5 Spell-cap is still the main issue on keeping him limited to do anything for himself or his team until level 16 which is really disgusting nerf for Season 6 when you need champions to be ready to fight at level 6 now. PBE shows no signs of him getting any more changes and there's still days to come but it seems like Ryze is being skipped in 6.5 which is really sad. I am not a fan of Riot keeping champions unplayable until they finally get around to it, kind of kicks sand right in the eyes of many mains.

yea ryze q needs to be a lockon. Riot keeps changing this champ and will never be balanced for some reason. ryze is my fav champ

It's sad how the community will just downvote anything with Ryze's name on the topic. I get it, you don't like the champion but nothing in my post should warrant a downvote. Riot are trying to make him viably balanced once and for all I am just wondering if it will come sooner than later because I'm bored having to wait for the rework.
