A question about the Morellonomicon. Please answer quickly somebody.

Hello Summoners!!!!

I Recently had a game where I had a Voollybear, Olaf, Warwick, Cho, and Fiddle enemies. scary team btw. I was playing VI jungle and built a Morellonomicon.

My Question is Does the Morellonomicon activate from an ability that doesnt have any AP?? Like for example VI. Her E is a Hybrid damage that has some ability power so I know it was activating from the E. But what about her Q and her R?? Those are still technically abilities but they do not use AP just RAW AD. Would those types of skills activate the grievous wounds of the Nomicon????
