I prefer the item 3078 item 3142 item 3071 item 3068 item 3800 with either item 3047 or item 3111 depending on the enemy team if I am ahead and need to carry. I also run summoner 14 summoner 12. This typically lets me do a solid amount of damage while still being fairly tanky.
