Need a button to kick out some bad guys during ban/pick

When we queue up for a game (solo queue), we have to play with all allies we don't know. OK! But sometimes, there are bad guys who don't have the role they want, and they troll, ruin the whole game. Or sometimes we queue up with the global feeders on previous matches. If we don't want to play with those guys, dodge is the only way we have. But... dodge game... ha ha, the one who dodges the game has penalty purnishment (point, waiting time before new match). So... just because some guys without skills or don't care about their points, win or lose, the whole team will be ruined.

I think Riot should add a button that allow allies vote to kick out a bad guy while ban/pick. There is no purnishment, but they have to queue up for new match. One summoner has one or two chance to START the vote per day.
