Zed ult needs to change(imo)

I feel like zeds ult needs to change(5.9) to its original way where you don't have to wait a full second. Riot claims "The nerf to Zed’s ult’s there because we believe other players need to be given at least a brief period in which to respond." But if you can play your cards right you can still counter him before he instantly ult s back for example heavy CC can shut down really easy in team fights. Needless to say he has many counters to his ult already for example or . I also believe that the Nerf changed the way people see zed. Before the Nerf i would see many people play him in mid or top and it made me very happy seeing passionate zed players show off their skills they worked very hard for. But now its very rare to find a opposing zed, EVEN Redmercy a godly zed player stated"i haven't playing him to much ever since the Nerf..i dont think he that good i mean hes OK but there definitely better options definitely better champions assassins that could for midlane" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CODD96fpabo at 7:00. In my opinion zed is just not a Healthy assassin now and i feel life zed Nerf was unnecessary and left him way to weak.If any Riot member ANY read this please take this to consideration.
