Make a "play of the game" feature

I feel like this game needs to not copy Overwatch put simply make a system that congratulates people on some amazing plays. The only way people can get their plays noticed is if a YouTube content/highlight creator makes a video on them, and even then, low elo groups of people will never get noticed. This should be a system in League of Legends and I think that Riot can make this work.
