I WENT 8/2 IN MY PLACEMENTS AND GOT BRONZE 3 AND I WAS SILVER LAST SEASON WHY DID YOU DO THIS!!!!!!!!! REWARD THE DAMN PLAYERS THAT WIN THEIR GAMES AND SPEND TIME ON THEM.

All players started lower than they were last season, regardless of how many placements you won. The ladder shifted down

The post got removed, but it was pretty funny. Basically, he had challenger MMR but dodged LOTS of games and also intentionally fed in a few to get to Bronze V.

Its called a reset for a reason. Placements only decide how little or more you get reset, but you're usually knocked down a whole tier regardless.

I went 7-3 in flex and placed plat 1. It was spicy.

they did a soft reset, i was gold and got b1 going 6-4. its part of the game, if your that good it shouldn't matter, you should be able to climb easily
