Rework Yasuo; Broke 90% Ban Rate

We all know about it but it should be the top priority, we can all wait a little longer for other reworks, Yasuo needs to be fixed ASAP. I suggest removing his shield entirely and giving him mana. He doesn't need damage on his E. He should have normal crit damage AND normal crit chance, no double bonus crit chance. The biggest offense is his wind wall; it should only block one or two abilities or auto attacks, not negate all damage for the entire exchange when champions like Ashe, Jinx, and Varus have nothing to make a gap when he's on top of you and places a damage negation between you. Investing in a scimitar is impractical because of its long cooldown, he'd just kill you the next fight.
