What Should Warwick Be?

Hello all, and thanks for clicking. I've always been a fan of Warwick's theme, however, due to the snooze fest that follows playing him, I just can't bring myself to play him. Its no argument that this juiced up feral wolf man needs a rework, however, that made me think, "What should Warwick be?". This question involves the topics lore, and gameplay. I'm going to give my opinions, and hopefully, you will give me yours :).

LORE I'll start with his lore. As it is currently, Warwick is a renowned man hunter that captures human test subjects. Due the high demand, Warwick went to his friend Singed to make a potion for him, that required 3 materials. One said ingredient was the heart of a celestial, which he failed to get, after being repelled by Soraka (who's heart he tried to take via trickery). Even with this, he was determined, and had singed create the potion without the heart, which lead to his current form. This is cool, and there are elements that I liked from it, however, I also liked parts from his original lore, where he was an Alchemist like Singed. There was one issue with it however, Warwick's lore ties in directly to Soraka's, so the newer lore is useful in making sure their connection makes sense. I hope that when he is updated, they find a way to mix the two together. Maybe something along the lines of Warwick being an Alchemist that did research on people. One day, while returning home, he himself is captured by a body hunter hired by a rival of his (Maybe even singed himself?[]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRWbIoIR04c and used as a research subject. It results in him turning into a monster and escaping, very wolverine like. He goes back to his human form, but changes back sporadically, and as time goes on, he spends longer and longer time in his wolf form. So he goes to his friend singed for a potion, goes to Soraka, is repelled, and the rest is history, or hopefully, future. I think the whole, researcher getting a taste of his own medicine would be pretty cool.

GAMEPLAY Currently in game, Warwick can be built a lot of ways, ranging from AD self healing fighter to a tanky self healer, and I believe he should be restricted to one job, and make his thematic fit around it. I know a lot of people disagree with me, but I think Warwick's direction should be away from a tank, and more towards being a skirmisher(subclass of slayer), like Fiora or Master Yi. When I think werewolf, I don't imagine a large creature that lumbers into a fight just to take a lot of hits, I imagine a fast, lean killing machine, diving in and out, shredding it's enemies to bits with quick claws and teeth. With that in mind, I do think giving him some sort of built in sustain would be needed, to keep him friendly for beginners and those that don't have runes, although i'm not quite sure on how that could be done. At first I thought he should be given a bit of healing when things died around him, but then I realized that was already on trundle(which made me think, "Why doesn't Trundle have Garen's passive? Trolls are known for regeneration) But yeah, I think he should be an attack speed, move speed heavy champ, with some sustain, that can be bursted once crowed controlled, but that's my 2 cents, so please, let me know yours!

TL;DR: I think Warwick's two lores should be mashed together, and that he should be a Skirmisher like Fiora, and Master Yi, that hits quick and moves quick.

Let me know what you guys think, and hopefully I can do this with more champions. If I do, i'll probably end up doing Evelynn next.
