What? I can see better numbers everyday ...and with the most random champs too...then all champs are OP with your logic..
He us op when people do not know what to do or how to respect him. All it takes is a bit of kiting and he becomes useless unless he can follow upwhatever his team does and even then it's unreliable. He is however every good at dealing with divers like Yi or Yasuo.
Brand or any mage with Liandry is his biggest counter though.
