Top Characters that become "Unstoppable" late game

Just curious what champions people think are basically juggernaut killing machines if they can reach late game with full build. I'd like to throw Udyr out there

and Thresh if you build him like this item 3089 item 3100 item 3115 item 3065 item 3102 very situational, late-late game. he becomes impossible to beat by most champs. HP, free armor, and MR to survive burst, and the burst to kill squishies, the sustained damage to kill tanks

Vayne Karthus Cassiopeia Azir Kalista Poppy Rengar Warwick

Karthus, Cassiopeia and Azir can melt your entire team. Vayne and Kalista can be essentially untouchable. Poppy can become literally invincible. Rengar can 1 shot anyone. Warwick can facetank entire teams while melting them.

Udyr is actually one of the worst late game champs. He can't beat even Yi, and Yi isn't even on the list of late game hypercarries. Rengar still can 1 shot him no matter what he does, he still can't ever touch Vayne/Kalista/Azir and he still can't outcarry Warwick or Poppy in a straight up 1v1 brawl.

Ezreal ap ez is one of the scariest ap hyper carrys end game at full build. he can easily pick your adc/mid apart with E W Q or R will take prob 75% of a squishys health end game making a free objective like baron ect. and with 40% cdr he has a 5 sec E reduced by his Q which has 2 sec cd and they both do over 900+ damage each to squishy lol.
