A Possible Solution to Elemental Dragon RNG?

So like everyone else I am hyped for the mid-season updates and I think everything is looking very cool, ty Rito. However, I have already seen several videos posted that are very concerned with the Elemental Dragon changes.

In the first video, players can be seen murdering baron with ease thanks to lucky earth dragon stacking and in the second we can see LS bemoaning the possible unfair advantages endowed by RNG on dragon spawns. I too see this as concerning but I cooked up an idea I'd like some feedback on.

Proposal: Instead of RNG, the dragon could be summoned. Say at 2:55 or so the spot on the pit that now indicates which type of dragon will spawn can be interacted with via a several second interrupt-able channel that allows the summoner to select the type of dragon that spawns next, at which point drag spawns. I believe this will promote early game skirmishing, hamper lane swaps a tad, and remove the RNG factor. If excessive stacking of one buff is a concern then maybe killing specific dragon could put that type on a cooldown for the next rotation or two. If anything we get to keep the old capture animations from Dominion :,( RIP

Thoughts?

Disclaimer: I am only a silver player. I am not claiming to be an expert, I just thought that the new dragon system was cool but the RNG might be a problem for it. This idea might be really bad, I just thought it might be an interesting solution. Feedback is appreciated, hate is not.

Than both teams/junglers would have to rush to drag at 2:55 and it would be crazy- we dont want summoners rift to become twisted treeline. I agree that the Rng is a big problem though, but we will likely see some changes to it soon. It is not fair that certain dragons benefit certain team comps better than others.

It was kha'zix and nunu, Kha'zix doing massively increased damage to single targets (Baron) and nunu doing a lot with his Q, obviously it was faster then without it, but i very much doubt you'd do it this fast without those two.

Also enemy teams fault for letting them get all 3 drags o-o, it tells you which one is coming up so you should know whether to contest it or not and whether it would affect you greatly whether you got it or not.
