Buff Shen
Shen is pretty unbalanced since several champions out scale him, any other Shen players going through this issue or nah?

Shens not that bad. With the new cloud drake if you go ult hunter you got a low CD teleport. Build AP and its like having teleport and and a buffed locket of the solari that you will have for almost every fight.
They only thing I can maybe say is that his ult or his Q should scale off AD or HP not AP. They would need to nerf the flat numbers on it though so he doesn't get too strong too quickly.
Now that Spear of Shojin is removed, considering he couldn't use it like the other power tops and got bullied out by ranged otherwise, there's a spot for him in to function now. Just have to monitor how he fares going forward.
