Making Ranked less tiltable to play

I think there should be thing when someone leaves your game you lose less LP or none and when you win game 4v5 you get bonus LP, i came up with this idea when i demoted from plat 1 to plat 4 with 60% loses because of **AFK **players.

And also one way to make ranked less tiltable would be to make option "disable annauncer and text notification" because when u are already tilted from last game you get even more tilted when you see "ally has been slain" or "enemy is legendary".

I think that tilt is making league less enjoyable to play and it would be great if you would make it less tiltable to play. Many players are quitting league just because game is inplementing a lot of stress into their life.

In order for that to work you would have to make it so that you gain less LP or none when the opponent has someone leave and doing that would probably increase tilt when you are losing and the feeder refuses to leave the game and you end up losing full LP or just having a troll quit to deny the opponent full lp.
