bots in ARAM (suggestions!)

I just played a game in which I was the only human player on my team, while the enemy team had three real people and two bots... Surprisingly this was on my level 30 account (NA server), and until now I had thought that bots were only rampant in low-level ARAM, but I was wrong! They're everywhere! Please, it's time to deal with the bot problem, Riot!

Here are a few suggestions:

  1. Enable early surrender in ARAM So that no one has to waste their time playing a frustrating, losing game or else suffer the penalty queue time for dodging. It could be similar to '/remake', except that it would only require one vote from each side (assuming there's at least one human player on each team).

  2. Implement some sort of CAPTCHA Maybe require CAPTCHA once before you play the first ARAM of the day?

  3. Make bot-reporting more user-friendly Currently I report bots under 'cheating' and type in 'bot' as the reason (others may report it under 'intentional feeding'), but I think that bot-reporting should clearly be its own category, and could be a one-click option in ARAM.

While I know that many people have already complained about the bot problem, I noticed that they often demanded a fix without offering suggestions. Hopefully Riot will hear out this post...

If it only requires one vote from each side, how do you prevent trolls from forcing surrenders then?

Riot already addressed that here. Basically, registering an account already requires a captcha, and that clearly isn't working. Requiring a captcha before games would thus be more of an annoyance for human players than a deterrence against bots.
