Arcade Riven Slow Animations
I noticed and confirmed that; Arcade Riven Skin has slow animations... Because of that your skills trigger slowly and hit slowly... pls fix this animation problems

this is a known thing same with dragonblade riven, it has been complained about before so dont bother using it again they wont fix them
Arcade is fine its Dragonblade thats the worse offender of this
