Arcade Riven Slow Animations
I noticed and confirmed that; Arcade Riven Skin has slow animations... Because of that your skills trigger slowly and hit slowly... pls fix this animation problems

TEA Nietzsche 1 votesNo, the animation are not slower. They are just kinda weird and you have to get used to them. Arcade Riven is the worst skin when it comes to that imo but it's a matter of taste.
