tl:dr REVAMP YOUR MUTHA FUCKING DODGE SYSTEM. shit strip me of my ip, and rp and take a champ away before makeing me wait 30 mins out of my game time playing a seperate game waiting.

. What the actual fuck is this wait timer. 20 turned 30 mins cool riot 2 dodges 1 with a duo jung fighting over it it k dodged too bad you'd like us to wait 20 mins for inbred retards with a extra chromosome who ride the shortbus and most likely did as bad as I did in school, second one were all locked in happy good to go, went to smoke come back then que timer hits.. OK MY BAD... should have not went to smoke and just waited to make sure.

3rd one I could not lock in ANY single champion that ones on you riot OH ALSO A 4TH time I could not click a fucking thing won't let me lock in a champ. restarted,re-downloaded and same result. but magically when I did not que for ranked and instead the new mode oh look I can lock, tried back to ranked could not lock in so 1:20 mins worth of wait time.
