I think that the junglers are overall balanced.. BUT! IDEAS on 1
Lee Sin (Rework) or better yet a tweak
Q- Sonic Wave/Reasonating Strike- 10 sec cd First cast he throws out a sonic wave of course granting only vision. Second Cast he goes to said target dealing 100/150/230/275 (+70% bonus AD) (I know seems a bit op, but when you look at the risk of it, makes sense hopefully)
W- Safeguard/IronWill- 18 sec cd Self Casted or Cast to a ally champion or minion shields 50/150/200/250/300 (+20% AP).. Iron Will grants him and target ally 5%/8%/11%/14%/17% LifeSteal Note: If targeted champion cooldown is reduced by 50% ( Again, I know it seems a bit much, but he cant safeguard to wards, its a longer cooldown..Easier to counter now)
E- Tempest/Cripple- 20 sec cd First Cast Deals AOE 80/160/240/320/400 magic damage (+80% bonus AD)/ 2nd Cast Slows Enemies by 15%/30%/45%/60%/90%, and Lowers Enemies armor by 10%/30%/50%/60%/75% the debuff lasts for 4/5/6/7/10 seconds
(its a super long cooldown because obviously it packs ALOT OF FUCKING POWER)
R- RAGIN' DRAGON- ULTIMATE- 112 seconds
DEALS 250/500/750 (+300% bonus AD) to the first champion struck but if said Champion Collides with his/her team the team will take 50% reduced damage.. I feel it will make lee sin different but its easier to counter him because he can't ward hop now..

Game would likely be over by like 45-50 minutes if he farmed and gank etc. and got fed. his ultimate could have a bonus of 900 damage which some champs ults do like 2k if fed.. EKko, LB, NUNU.... Just a thought
