I don't build any of those items on him anyway? He got a buff to his passive, they can't auto or use targeting skills against you if they managed to hit you with a skill shot

As I said. its the Ap ratio on teemo that sucks & worst is there too many Hp items now that screws over his poison damage. That is why he is weak now.
