New Q is awful

Can we bring back teambuilder? I used to Q as whatever and get a game going in 5 minutes. Currently in my 35th minute in normal draft now due to people abandoning. I don't want to play blind pick and fight over a position. But the banning phase requirement for normals is too much for a quick game.

edit: as someone who's played since beta, teambuilder was amazing. Now it just feels like we're regressing. I don't play pre-mades/duo. If I am going to be forced to sit through the draft process, I'd play ranked.
