Why nerf pyke jungle when u meant to nerf his laning

so i noticed pykes e didnt do dmg on jungle mobs today now i get that u want to nerf him in the mid lane which is what u stated in the patch notes BUT why the fuck would u nerf jungle pyke ive never seen anybody but me play him in the jungle so why do u nerf him in the jungle when u want to nerf his laning makes nooooo sense. i would really appriciate if u reversed the change to at least make him playable in the jgl, the only fix im asking for is to make his e hit jungle monsters or u at least explain to me why pyke jungle desearves a hit when ur aiming at nerfing him in lane. (i get that jungle counts as a lane but read the patch note they state that) We're targeting solo lane Pyke because his strong anti-harass tools make him an impossible-to-avoid death trap if he gets too far ahead. To help curb that, we're specifically hitting his wave clear. everything theyre refering to is his laning and not jungle clearing etc
