Rank needs a new system

I was playing promos, people AFK almost every game.. we owned our lane.. and still loss because of the people who run into anything and get killed.. so I ended up 4/10, but in the end.. we both got Bronze V.. even though I tried.. and they did not.. how is that fair? I have 4 wins... they had none.. why are we both Bronze V?

There needs to be a strict rule about doing this.. like if you get reported 5 times.. you need to be banned for 30 days or something.. I have a feeling this would put a stop to the afk's and people who just want to mess up others games.

On top of that.. I was Silver 5.. then down to bronze 1, after a year of digging myself out of bronze V, and now after all that hard work.. I am right back there again.. Very frustrating. How are you ever to get out because relying on random teams obviously does not work.
