Why did Ghostcrawler lead the Skarner change?
Garen, Darius and Morde all get HUGE changes which will most likely help them but Skarner gets the shit end of the stick. Ghostcrawler were you high during this?

I think after all is said and done, Skarner actually got nerfed. Those crystals are going to be next to worthless except for doing camps. You rarely see fights in those areas and now the enemy team will know when Skarner is in his jungle due to the crystal status change. Goodbye any hope of counter-jungling. Plus they nerfed a lot of his base stats.
The other champions get great things,
