Akali PBE nerfs and suggestions

Well, I can see that most of the community just doesn't like Akali as a whole champion because of her Dominance (After being oblivious to it because all I did was play the game, not mingle with the community lol). I hate her too, but I play her nonetheless. So seeing these recent nerfs come to PBE, it looks like she got hit super hard with the W stun reveal and R1 target locked casting. Plus the speed nerfs on both of her R casts, which is meh.

Now, I see that people don't like her because of her Kit all around. Four Dashes and a stealth. Crazy how it used to conceal her from Turrets. Anyways, it's the BS potential that her kit provides that is the problem. It's also extremely easy to get the hang of it and make absurd plays in 1v1 and 1vX. Akali is not at all hard to play, give it ten-twenty games and the over powered kit can be used to it's full potential.

So I'm not a Ratio wiz for how items work for Champion ratios, and that might as well be the main problem that I'm missing. But I can see BS in a Kit when I see it. With how many mechanics she has in her skils, again, four dashes and a stealth! I don't care who you are, an Akali worshiping one trick or the guy who wants the champ deleted. Everyone knows this kit is dumb, but the recent nerfs shouldn't kill her straight up. Which it's kinda doing.

Instead of hard locking her R to targeting champions, maybe give less reward for not using abilities offensively.

Akali change Suggestions:

Her Q can be tweaked a little. Bring up her max CD for her Q for early levels. But when you hit your Q and proc your passive on a champion, your Q CD is converted back to 1.5 seconds. So when she gets her q to lvl 4, its back to the way it was before nerf. This also hurts her Q spam, though it may not be the problem, it brings her wave clear back a bit.

Ex) Nerf: Q CD from 1.5 to 3 seconds from skill lvl 1-4/ New: Procing Passive on an ememy champion lowers the Q CD back to 1.5

Her W can stay the way it is, without the Stun reveal in my opinion. But if it has to stay, I'd say give her a small amount of tenacity while in shroud, so she doesn't take 100% of punishment.

Her E will have the first dash removed. Like how Sylas can move while throwing out his chains, the Dash on the first cast of Akali's e is removed and instead she can throw her shuriken while being able to move, with a slight slowness, any direction. Because her shuriken flip could vault walls and make distance at the same time, cutting up some of her escape potential should do the trick. But because we're completely removing the dash, its only fair if the shuriken has slightly longer range.

Now for her R. R1 the less damaging vault, and R2, the execute. Damage remains the same and it has free targeting instead of locked targeting in her R1. But now for her R1, it can only make half the distance if she doesn't hit a champion. Hitting a champion will push her pass the first champion hit, retaining R1's original dash distance. Not using her R1 offensively will not grant her as much distance, but she can still use R2 with full dash range if she never hit a champion.

But overall, these are just suggestions. She is a mostly aggressive champion, so having these things to punish her passiveness and dampen her aggressiveness might not hurt her in the end. I'm just a Silver 2 player in the end, so these changes might not be for the best anyways. But I just wanted to coin some of this stuff in, because again, her BS potential in 1v1 and 1vX is actually stupid with how many dashes and her stealth. Plus her Q/passive cycle is a little annoying too.

I think removing E backflip is alright if it's extended or the flight time of the shuriken is increased. It would make her better midlane and remove some of her ways to escape against toplaners in a 1 on 1 fight.
