Placed S4 in first season
By no means am I bad at the game but now all i play against are high silvers that were gold and plat in seasons past. Im getting wrecked now its quite aggravating any tips that can help survive this?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

Ya use wards scrub
First off, you have a few tier 2 runes in your pages, replace those first. Then just focus on playing safer, read what your opponents are doing and try to counter it in the best way possible. Warding is always good and smart pings are one of the most helpful things in the game currently.
