Newish player - Can I change the standard UI?

So I've started getting more in to LoL lately after being VERY casual for a couple of years. I've noticed that in a lot of streams/vids etc that the player can see teammates and opposition on the screen all the time with hp, mana, spells, etc visible.

As someone who is still training myself to be observing the minimap more, this would help my game immensely but I'm not sure if it is a custom UI, something in-game, ranked only UI, etc. I'm only level 22 currently if that helps and just play solo blind q.

Would love to know if it is possible/not cheating to have a UI that gives me much more player data on screen? :)

Should be in your settings. If you need more time than before a game then creat a custom game to change settibgs in

Those settings only turn things off that are already standard or move them around or scale. I think I'm wanting things that are only in spectator mode. Thanks for the help anyway :)
