Seem pretty cool. AD growth stat reduced, flat damage on her Silver Bolts removed, percent health damage increased, with a bit of compensation with a minimum damage on her silver bolts.

i feel she is gonna be ridiculous vs tanks. like even worse than before. 12% max health true dmg? thats insane. at least she wont be as bad vs everyone else I guess?
It's not very much if a nerf, everyone from 750-1500 benefits with a lot less benifit on the ends of the range and everyone else detrements. (At Max rank) http://i.imgur.com/ublOqGP.png Honestly the damage should be tweaked so that now she gets Max 11% true damage so that everyone from 750-2000 benifits with a lot less for the ones closer to 2000 or 750, like most champions have >1500Hp at level 18 and anyone with a single health item is going to suffer.
