Bring Back Previous Swain abilities

I love this Swains new splash, his look and his story is more fleshed out. But we all know Riot excels in story and trailers and consistently fails when it comes to properly implementing a champion.

This new Swain is awful in group fight, his e easily gets stuck behind minions making it hilariously trivial to avoid by simply standing behind minions, his health is moderate however his passive would imply it was massive as he continually drags enemies toward him. Yet, if you know any better you'll know that once Swain pops an e and q that you can freely engage as his cooldown is awful. You can easily kill him then and there unless he is hugging turret.

If you think building health and armor will help, don't bother. His spells are so weak and pathetic that if you dont build AP, then at best you can be a useless tank running around the map doing no damage.

His E is difficult to land yet does no damage despite what it says in description. His q is his only useful spell and the CD is terrible.

This champion is god awful and it says something that no one picks him even after his big hype and reveal and opening page.

Please bring back old Swains abilities and damage or redo this one. It is incredibly bad. If not, I'd like to be able to trade Swain in for something else and cash in on my masteries on the old swain as I obviously wont be playing this one anymore

I completely agree, everyone is so quick to say new swain is great this and that, in all reality it just boils down to him being a new model, and something different, the old swain was perfect with his abilities, and they should have had a similar kit, this new kit is just awkward, its not rewarding outside his ult, everyone talks about how great he is, however few actually will play him, and i bet riot cant prove otherwise!

Old Swain was literally nothing but "point & click on this one guy & moonwalk my R around him". His current kit may need adjustments doe, cz even I don't feel that much satisfaction playing him.

Old swain only had his Espell "point and click" and his old W was skilled.

Not really, I smoked lots of people with old Swain, hell I tanked whole teams. His awesomeness was inherent in the ability of the player to actually think strategically. A q in bushes that slows an enemy as they run through river, then you w them down, flash to them drop an e and finish with an ult. Guaranteed kill.

Ult and e every champ around you and the heal was insane, while everyone dies around you.

New swain is just q sparks which do sht damage, a w that anyone with an iq of 3 can dodge and an e that gets stuck on anything

Old Swain was boring as fuck in both his incarnations. His E was possibly the least interesting spell in the entire game, and his Q wasn't exactly the epitome of interesting.

Heck, his R literally consisted of "you better have GW lol"

He was functional and you needed strategy to use him just like implied by his story. And I destroyed entire teams nearly alone with him before. There was a game where I tanked an entire enemy team under their turret while ulting and got a quadra , the last one narrowly escaping and that was game.

And these new abilities are no where near "interesting" its just a flash of red sparks for q, w looks cool but is useless and his e is just an arm. His arm requires more ms and health to get a kill. Hes so uselss.

Man if you argument was he is boring, yada yada. don't play him. mine is i liked him, and this new swain is a whole different champion. Lookf like a Vlad knockoff and if people like that cool. can't we have both? i enjoyed birdman so much i love my pirate skin

If they are going to do this kind of rework, lets be honest i played swain because i controlled birds, and TURNED INTO ONE! Looked bad a%$

So if reworks are going to make champions that i have actually payed for so different that i don't enjoy them anymore. and they won't do anything if i cry about how i want my old champion back. Maybe i should get the option of a refund on the money spent on a champion i may never play again.

Riot needs to leave old champs that work alone. They ruin swain who i mained and made him like vlad who i hate. They reworked irelia and made her overly strong but not enjoyable to be. leave some champs alone please.
