Is it possible to change our tribunal system to a quantity over quality sort of system?

TL;DR I want to change our tribunal system so that if someone is saying things that are considered sensitive subjects, such as suicide, murder, etc, they can still be chat banned if they only receive one or two reports.

So, i played a couple games today. One game I had a Xin Zhao flame entire team because no one was the Xpeke, madlife, balls or waildturtle that he expected. The secon game Our draven decided to go afk after dying once in lane even though him and our support xereth were absolutly crushing the enemy botlane. (to be fair, i was playing cho gath, and at one point before draven went afk i flashed on gromp to steal it from draven with my ulti.)

Point being, both of them were so toxic that apparently murder, rape, suicide, and even swimpekku (LOOK IT UP) were viable forms of insulting.

USUALLY, i wouldnt bother making a thread about this, because its not gonna change anything and its almost a waste of time for me.

HOWEVER, I want to know if its possible to change our chat ban system from a quantity to quality standpoint. For example, regardless of how many times someone is reporting for abuse, spamming, etc, if they are suggesting that i HANG MYSELF over a game of league, that they could be chat banned. These kind of things arent jokes, yet some people seem to think its ok to tell me or my teammates to kill themselves, or that they're going to track me down and rape me and my entire family. (wish i had a screenshot of that, wasnt thinking at the time)

In the draven case, the guy actually added me after flaming me all game. i was curious as to why, so i accepted, only to fimd that he just wanted to flame me some more. This probably is my fault though, i DEFINETLY should have seen that coming.

Riot, or anyone else who can answer me, is this possible? Can we cahnge chat bans to quality over quantity? Or could quantity just be more considered? I just feel that people shouldnt be able to say these kind of things in game. Say it to the wrong person and some serious stuff can happen. And yes, you can aregue, "maybe they shouldnt take them so seriously," but it shouldnt have been said in the first place.

Yes, you can block them, and mute them in game. But those features feel more like a safegaurd, and i beleive that we shouldnt have to rely on them. If we mute them, and all of a sudden we need that communication, its not there. But we dont want to unmute them, cause them We're gonna get told to go commit swimppekku. (really wishing i had that screen shot)

Please, if anyone can knows weather or not this is possible, respond. I want to be able to go into a game not worrying that people are going to "come to [my] house in the middle of the night and murder [my] family in front of my eyes." Seriously, that could be taking it a little bit too far.

For the freljord,

Phiisch.

P.S Can we add a Tribunal Board to the boards list? Otherwise, there really isnt an obvious choice of board for this thread, it seems.

Fair enough, but I just wish there was something i could do. Aside from not flaming myself, that is.

EDIT: thanks for catching that error
