i started a new account and i was wondering if i get any runepages at certain level?

You get the 2 standard ones and any others you have to buy with BE/RP.
Heard you get the two standard ones at around level 11 or something like that.
Here is an amazing idea. Capsules should include rune pages, at certain levels.
