Great broken honor system Riot!
About 3 levels yet honor still locked, but some streamer everyone was talking about on here goes from locked and zero all the way to honor two in 2 levels. Yup, totally not fucking biased.

People are more likely to honor someone they recognize, particularly if that someone is a celebrity. It's why with the old honor system youtubers and streamers were the ones who got the badges most of the time.
So basically a broken system that caters to streamers, just like match making is ruined for the vast majority just to appease the few at the top.
