Can someone tell me how to play as a decent support/ADC and some decent champions for those roles?
I just started thinking about expanding what roles I can play, and I am starting to want to learn how to play as a support or ADC. Right now, I main mid and top, while I sometimes play jungle. So I was just wondering who some good supports and ADCs are right now compared to who I somewhat know how to play as for those roles.

due to his deceptive amount of burst though he's countered pretty hard by mobility spamming adc that just shit on all his skillshots.
are good learning carries with good safety, range, damage, and lategame scalings
I would actually recommend against playing sona as a learning support as though she can be strong, she has to get into a dangerous range to harass and without any good cc outside of her ult and maybe e power chord she tends to pay for it dearly. better ones to get the hang of it would be 
karma and zyra due to their good range and utility coupled with pretty killer base damages and dueling potential whilst braum has the best level 2 of pretty much anyone due to his passive and q e and the fact that he can engage/counterengage with almost no fear of retaliation.
