Im Interested in riots thoughts and opinion on player dodging as a strategy in gaining Lp?
is this behavior frowned upon or is it applauded on their willingness to lose some LP in the moment to potentially gain more in the future

Riot doesn't want people to dodge, that's why you lose lp. That being said, I'm not going to play a game with Teemo support, I'm going to dodge. Riot needs to fix ranks so that the worst players are in a lower rank. . . Unfortunately for some awful reason bronze includes from 50% WR, down to the 15% WR people who throw impossibly hard. There needs to be a lower rank for people who consistently lose, instead of dumping them in with 50% WR players and anyone who just placed low.
Right now if you win 3 placements, or 0, you probably get the same rank, B5. . . Clearly there is a difference though between the bad and the Teemo sup. Teemo sup needs to be able to drop down, and then not get matched with new players.
