Need Help On Getting An S/S+ On Lucian

So i've been trying to get an S/S+ on for a LONG time, i was able to get level 6 the day level 6/7 was released. So i was happy and thinking "oh getting an S/S+ won't be TO hard", and oh how WRONG i was. I got 1 level 7 token on when i played URF, but past that i just can't. I've had some SUPPER good games with (21/1 or 15/1) but my problem is my farming numbers. It's not that i can't farm well in LANE, i can do that ez. But once we start grouping i won't be able to get all that much CS. I just want a level 7 (he is my fav champ ATM) and i just can't get it. If ANYONE has any kind of tips to help me get the tokens that would be AWESOME.

And yes i know is one of if not THE most picked ADC out there

I mean, Riot has been posting some tweaks that your role is took in mind. I agree, I'm lvl 5 with Luc, and never gotten a S- or higher. Recently, I have learned that your grade is based not only on cs, kills, farms, but also on the "average". I mean that for example, they compare all your stats in the game compared to the average Lucian player. A lot of Luc players are Korean, and completely insane. So I think you need to change champion, like I did with Jhin, got lvl 7 in 2 days. The trick? Farm is the most important thing you need to focus on.

I just don't know who else i play for level 7 with ADCarry, i play lucian because is just fun to play and not just sit there all game and right click then hit 1 button every so often AKA Caitlyn / Jinx which are my other 2 ADCs. I would switch over to an other AD but i just can't rly find one thats as fun as lucian, or has the mobility to get out of bad spots(yes i know that Ezreal is a thing, he just doesn't have the damage i like, but may try out a new kind of triforce damagy build for him other than the kite). But thank you for the info about the "average" thing i had no clue about that and it does explane allot.

No, lucian is by FAR my best ADC ever scene the Graves rework(R.I.P old graves, you will be missed)

I would suggest finding a good support. Generally, if you snowball hard enough, you can just blow through the enemy team. If you don't get distracted, and kill the nexus as soon as possible, you should get an s/S+ (its worked for me multiple times).

My personal theory is that cs/kda don't really affect the grade that much. Sure, they do affect it, but the main affect is how focused you were on winning. Not just killing htem a lot, but winning. Getting towers, inhibs, nexus's. Once you're snowballed, only kill people if they are A: In your way or B: could make a nuisance of themselves soon or C: its really easy. Otherwise, you just run all over the map and kill people, which I think does not affect your grade that much.

Farm farm farm farm.

Farm the jungle, farm any lane that's pushed up.

Don't be SUPER concerned with always being with your team and gettign every kill/assist. Try to be around so you can be there for team fights and objectives if they need you (don't be farming bot if they're up by baron).

Even if you have full build, keep farming. Always be getting gold coming in. If you're ever standing around not doing something, you're losing your S ranking, go get more farm.

Even with average KDA I can still get S-/ S with just hard farming non stop. One day I went 13/0 as jhin and was in every teamfight, but only got an A, but then I just went greedy mode and farmed non stop and getting the last few S's worked out great.

Also learning to hard farm is great for if you ever fall behind and need to become relevant again, or to keep your lead far ahead of the enemy team.

Just my 2 cents, but I'm also bad so take it w/ a grain of salt.

Also play what you like, it'll always be possible to get a good ranking on them even if they're popular picks :)
