Any planned changes to Volibear?

so volibear got a little quality of life buff, a few patches a go, but as someone who has played the champion since i started playing and is currently my most played champion this season i feel like he needs a little love or a mini rework. Currently volibears only playstyle is running into the enemy team and facetanking everything. This is fairly simple and there isnt much which separates you from other volibears. I think that future changes to volibear should make him more suited to his primary attribute of fighter rather than him pretty much being his second attribute tank. In the video i have linked above stonewall talked about how volibears ultimate is not very good or suitable for the champion, i agree. i like the idea of thunder claws but volibear isnt really an autoattack based champion so it doesnt work partiularly well, he also gets kited around a lot so it is difficult to get your ult off. this is just my rambling, wondering what thoughts are and whether future changes are coming.

I been thinking of stuff. First first make his Q back up to 45% on all levels. Then he can get back into fights again also put a AP% on his Q too.

I say have is alt be a toggle This makes it so his alt can always be up and activated or make it so it effects his other abilities. Like making his Q faster and when flipping causes double the effect of his lighting claws. E does a bigger slow and increases the range. W heals him when biting enemies.

Or give him a passive on his ult that makes him faster. Like the more his movies the more charge he builds up making him faster and as soon as him hits someone he discharges it onto someone.

but I mainly want a AP% on his Q because AP on voli is fun. lol XD

These are ideas I been thinking of.

I am also ready happy that he can use Rylai's Crystal Scepter on his ult now and the range of the chain lighting has been raised and during the time you activate R it shoots out chain lighting.
