losing your champion in champ select when someone quits and remake

sometimes when I play draft or ranked someone gets auto-filled support. then they get mad and quits. then you queue up again and then you are the support. so I think that you should get to keep the champ you originally got in champ select because it sucks that you have to pay for someone else's rage quit. and also when you remake because someone is afk I think you should get a little reward still because you use kind of a lot of time to get into the game so i think you should maybe get a little exp or just a key fragment. well its just what i think. greetings from a player.
