RANKED REVAMP

Been playing Ranked since the game started however it’s a mess and I have some suggestions to consider implementing to create a fair playing competitive environment. Currently RANKED game play is a big failure. Reasons why are as followed:

1. Fighting over lanes in character select. Suggested Fix: implement that new lane pick feature you have in normal and apply it to ranked so everyone gets their desired role w/o fighting resulting in better team environment
2. AFK's in Ranked causing everyone on team to lose rank which is unfair. Suggested Fix: player who afk's and loss is the result loses the accumulative rank points of the entire team, while the team members lose nothing should a loss occur.
3. Players picking characters they are inexperienced with in ranked resulting in feeding of enemy team over and over. Suggested Fix: players in ranked can only use characters they have played at least 20 x's in normal
4. Matchmaker matching me up with silver/bronze when i'm Gold tier resulting in having to carry 4 inexperienced players and loss after loss to follow due to constantly being paired with lower tiered players. Suggested Fix: match players within their tier only, scrap MMR, it penalizes players more than helps them
5. In Ranked, I win a game and get 12 pts, however, I lose a game and lose 27 pts. Hows this fair? Suggested fix: make it a standard 10 pt win or lose
6. Duo's of different tier in Ranked where one is higher tier and other is lower. This happens often where a gold player duo's with his buddy who is bronze to play ranked, they're put on a gold tier game and the bronze feeds due to inexperience and honestly not belonging there. Suggested Fix: if not same tier, cant duo in ranked, however, you can still duo in normal if different tiers While you have continuously fixed surface issues like graphics, create more characters, runes, wards, ban chats from players who get upset and tell off their teammates, you have failed to address the core issues that are deteriorating the ranked experience and your game in whole. Start manning up and address the core issues for once or raise the white flag as this games ship sinks.
