Anyone Else sick of AI?

First, let me preface this post by saying that I'm barely ranked, haven't been 30 all that long but I really enjoy league and learning how to play the different roles. One of the biggest downers is when I'm trying to practice a new champ against bots, and one of my "teammates" is actually an AI. Is there anything that RIOT can do / is willing to do to start banning these accounts? A "suspected AI" would be a nice addition to the report player drop down menu, and something simple like an audio captcha at champ select would get rid of most of these AI. I'm just sick of knowing that someone else has a computer program grinding out IP for them when I have to actually play to earn mine.
