Role Specifics

Is it possible for people to play a role designated champion for the role that they are assigned to? No. So is it possible for Riot to remove the freedom of players, selecting a champion that's not meant for the role they chose to play? At least for rank mode? Because it's disgusting to lose a game due to your teammate/s wanting to play Braum jungle or even Rengar support. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
