Thanks for the Bard, Assholes

So, here is my problem with this new champion:

1. It promotes trolling without being able to report said trolling as trolling
2. Champion, IN PROFESSIONAL PLAY, would be great. HOWEVER, in lower ELO, again, promotes trolling

Here is my reasoning. Lets say I wanted to troll all game with lower elo. I decide to BARD and play ranked and just roam around, leave my ADC consistently all alone, essentially throwing the game, and I decide to create portals to help the ENEMY team engage on the allied team.

But we won't be able to report this, as there is no clear evidence of him trolling if he types innocently, it would just be 'unskilled', which does LOADS of things to help us out

Or, we could be in a very good team fight engage, and he can ult the crucial dmg in the back on his side to freeze them in place, allowing the enemy to reposition and so on.

But that's ok, because its a new champ that has skins to buy! YEA! LETS GO WITH THAT.

I can ramble on and on, and I really don't care who doesn't like the post. they can move on or spam hate comments back. I really don't care. But RIOT, as a company who created this character. I want you to know.
