And i think it should be the highest in the game. I mean, he IS an anti-mage after all.

If anything, i just wanted to insert my two cents on this and would love to hear what you guys think! (And yes, i know the 15% magic damage reduction on his passive.)

He can have scaling mr, but I think it has to be a very little amount, cause of his passive
