Anivia Passive Unchanged with Update

So I've just read through the patch notes and I'm excited by some of the changes.

As an Anivia main who's mained her before Froggen became popular, I'm a little concerned about her changes, but I'll hold off on my opinion of the changes until I get the chance to play her for myself.

What I'm really surprised by is that her passive wasn't updated with the changes. Personally, I feel it's one of the weakest passives in the game. Aatrox's passive is guaranteed to rez him in combat on a much shorter cooldown (150s vs 240s at max rank), whereas Anivia's doesn't feel very impactful to me. It's especially weak at early levels where the armor and magic resist debuff means she's an easy target and whereas other champions got cool and updated passives this patch Anivia is still left with this boring passive that rarely saves her and doesn't give her anything to do but pray and be a damage sponge for 6 seconds. I would have liked to have seen something new besides her ult rework.

I suppose the point here is I'm curious to hear some opinions on her passive and I'd be interested to know if it was even looked at during her minor update.
