thresh makes plays yo
but nami is easier to play imo
both have their benefits though it depends on your playstyle thresh is more a all-in support like leona and braum while Nami is more a harrass/sustain champion like Lulu or Sona.
Thresh is still the most contested strongest support in the game, just as he has been most all this season and last. On the other hand, Nami is the last playable sustain support. The only other supports really worth mentioning are Janna, Morgana and Braum.
Lulu is my favorite support champion hands down.
