Losing streak

So after placements i got placed in g3, then made my way to plat promos but after that i just continued to lose. Now im bouncing between g5 and g4. The thing is that most of the time i win my lane but other teammates just feed. Adc main.

Could you give me some recomendations on how to get back my elo ?

Same her but as a support. made the unfortunate "mistake" of having a pretty solid winstreak from silver 1 to gold 4 promos then from promos on for every win I scrape from the bottom of the barrel I take several loses.
